Capability is a contract, not a guess
A mode appears in your rate list only when we hold a signed rate card for it and the carrier has confirmed they operate it. Enabling a mode without a contract produces a booking that fails after you have already paid.
- Surface — ground and cargo movement
- Air — express air cargo, subject to DGCA rules
- COD — cash collection at the doorstep
- Reverse — pickup from the customer back to your warehouse

Why a courier sometimes disappears from the list
- Serviceability — the destination pincode is not served
- Weight — the parcel exceeds the carrier's maximum
- Mode — Air requested for a surface-only category
- Product rule — the carrier bans that cargo category
- COD — the carrier does not operate cash collection
